FridayGlee is a build CV creator that lets you create, share, and download CVs. Some premium features are available behind a paywall. Future enhancements may include social media functionality.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Creating an account is required for certain features, including access to premium content. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You retain ownership of any content (CVs, profiles, etc.) you create ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant FridayGlee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, share, and display your content within the Service.
You can delete your content at any time through your account settings, in line with your rights under GDPR.
Example: When you publish your CV, you allow us to feature it on your profile.

• Some features on FridayGlee are only available to premium users.
• All payment terms and subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms and authorize charges accordingly.
Opinion: We keep our payment process straightforward—unlock premium benefits with a simple payment.

You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Post misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. FridayGlee, is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Opinion: Use our service with confidence, but understand that you're assuming any risks involved.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can also close your account whenever you choose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration or in the appropriate legal forums in the Netherlands.

By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil).
